We had a fantastic stay at East Of The River in Littlehampton. The location was perfect, with a Harvester pub, park, and beach just 100 yards away. We loved how light and airy the apartment was, and it was a treat to open the doors to the balcony and enjoy the view. The apartment was well-equipped, making our stay comfortable. It was a great base for us while attending the Goodwood Festival of Speed. We especially enjoyed the peacefulness of the area. it was a wonderful experience and we would definitely consider returning.

Overall experience was quite comfortable. Stayed here with my family, everything was good. Included a shower, a hairdryer and free toiletries, all very handy. The location was stunning and amazing, so close to the sea as well as the beach😃

i think it's an excellent home base for holidays. the host, maria, makes you feel at home. it has marvellous setting close enough to beach.

Maria went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay, providing us with a lovely room featuring a view of the sea.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, right by the beach and close to shops and amusements. The views of the sea were breathtaking and added to the overall experience. The kitchen was well-equipped and the living room was spacious and comfortable. Additionally, the host was prompt in responding to any questions we had.

Although there were a few minor drawbacks, such as an unappealing entrance with overflowing bins and estate agent signs, as well as a shower that couldn't be used on full jet, these did not significantly affect our overall stay.
